이 조건은 판매자입장에서는 가장 강력한 조건이라고 볼 수 있다.
1. 조건에 대해서는 Irrevocable 즉, 변경할 수 없고,
2. non-transferable 양도할 수 없으며
3. Confirmed 즉, 구매자와 판매자 양쪽 은행이 확인하고 보증
한다.
